From the first screenshot, it’s clear that i requested a withdrawal of €500 on April 1st, 2024. However, as of April 9th, 2024, the withdrawal was still marked as pending and had not been processed.
Violation of the casino’s own policy, which states that withdrawals should be approved within 2 to 5 business days.
Since I am not a VIP player at this casino, only allowed me to make one withdrawal per day, with a maximum limit of €500.
This kind of restriction is highly frustrating.
