From the first screenshot, it’s clear that i requested a withdrawal of €500 on April 1st, 2024. However, as of April 9th, 2024, the withdrawal was still marked as pending and had not been processed.

Violation of the casino’s own policy, which states that withdrawals should be approved within 2 to 5 business days.

Since I am not a VIP player at this casino, only allowed me to make one withdrawal per day, with a maximum limit of €500.

This kind of restriction is highly frustrating.

After 9 days I told him in a really kind way that if they don’t approve the withdrawal, I will do a negative feedback on askgambler. And they confiscated my winning

Not only was my winning confiscated, but my account is still active I don’t know why I try to send them message by email and they never answered about the confiscation.

In the attached photo, you can clearly see that the account balance was positive, and then it suddenly disappeared without any explanation.

From these screenshot, it is clear that by April 10th, the withdrawal had still not been processed, even though it had already been 10 days since the request was made. This proves that the casino was already in violation of their own withdrawal policy, and yet continued to give automated or repetitive responses, simply stating that the process takes 2 to 5 business days.

I sent multiple email but I never receive any answer I don’t know what I have to do, I don’t believe nothing anymore, something like that it never happened to me. I hope you can do something. We would like to kindly confirm that you don't have any pending withdrawals or active balance in your account as you cancelled them and played down the funds.

Please note that the processing of withdrawal requests generally takes at least 3 working days, counting from the day after the request was made or the day of the last withdrawal processed. This time frame excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Furthermore, if you decide to cancel a withdrawal in progress, the withdrawal process will start again with a future request.
