I'm contacting you regarding a problem i've been having with this casino, now for several days.
Since the 12th of december i have a few withdrawals pending up for review, and after 5 days they requested the KYC procedure which i promply completed it.
I currently have 1250€ in pending withdrawals and 4400€ balance stuck on this casino.
I would appreciate your help on this problem.

Please bare in mind i'm trying to withdraw since 12 December, KYC took days for them to verify my files, and now i'm still waiting for my withdrawals to be processed.
6000€ to be paid. 0€ paid out
