I made 1st withdraw 9.2.2025 500€ and 2nd withdraw 402€ 10.2.2025 00:02

I've asked chat for update and they answer me allways with same copy paste "be sure your withdraw gets trough, but we got slight delay" its been over 2 week since my withdraws and it says 1-3 day in website. My account is "verified" atleast it says it on my profile that i dont need to verify anything else.
