I requested a withdrawal once, and it was rejected after a 5-day wait without a valid reason, since my account is verified, and without even notifying me. So I played again for 2 days and requested the withdrawal again. Now I'm still waiting after 4 days. I asked them to speak to a mediator, but they refuse, and every day they tell me my withdrawal is on the waiting list.
