Withdrawal delay of over 20 days

Hallo Askgambler, ich warte seit dem 22.03 auf eine auszahlung von 115€ das ist die erste auszahlung in diesem Casino, auf ihrer Homepage wird angeben 1-3 tage, wie ich sehe ist auch die Lizenz von Joker8 abgelaufen. Habe bislang keine Rückmeldung erhalten weder verifizierung sonst noch was ausser neue Einzahlungsanbote kam bisher nichts. Livechat habe ich ebenfalls mehrfach kontaktiert, Ich hoffe auf ihre Hilfe

This casino has not paid my withdrawal in the time established after 5 bussiness days , they keep delaying me saying things like they are working on my request, and that there is a lot of delay, but nothing really is backed up to proof my delay, its just empty words, I have no other choice but make a formal complaint and continue the conversation here, I will attach proof of my withdrawal request and everything necessary to accelerate my process

Hello everyone, I am making a complaint against Joker8 casino because they have not paid my withdrawal for 500 euros after 6 days of waiting, this is an extended period of time considering their withdrawals are paid within 3 days, obviously I'm worried about this delay and I contact them via live chat and email, emails go unanswered and Live Chat is just bots telling me always the same (Your payment is on it's way) Even though it's delayed for so long

I did not use any bonus or do anything to cause this delay, please Joker8 casino follow your own standards and complete my 500EUR withdrawal as soon as possible, thanks :)

Hello there AskGamblers, today I make this complaint because there is an error on my Joker8 casino account, after not playing for pretty long, like 1 year.

I came back to gamble with my remaning bonus coins, and now when I try to deposit any money or withdraw any money, it's just showing an "Unexpected error"

I understand this error isn't the casino fault, it's probably some glitch on my own account, or something similar. But after contacting the casino repeated times to address this issue, I only receive the same automated helpline "Try clearing ur cache & cookies, or another browser/device".

I obviously already tried out all alternatives to fix this matter with the less drama possible, but sadly I have no other choice than making a complaint here because no one is able to solve my problem.

Again, it's not Joker8 Casino's fault, but it is a bug and sadly it's not allowing me to play normally in the casino.

Once again, the same tactics from this casino operator.
Deposited 150, didn't use any bonus, doesn't like the Casino and ask for a withdrawal of 300.
That's since 18/7/2025. The casino promotes process of the withdrawal 3 working days after the day it was requested. I think 3 working days are past, except if all financial department staff is on holidays.
It's the same old tactic ,so the casino want's you to lose patience and risk your winnings so they don't have to pay.
Also, if they wanted to investigate anything (i only played slots , no live casino) they should had contact me by now, or asked me to procceed with verification. I have never been asked for non of this.
I attach screenshots of the TOS, my withdrawal request. I have also contacted them by email getting the same generic answers. "be assured" , "high traffic" etc.
I have informed them that we will be in contact from your complaint section from now on.

The verification process is slow and, besides ID proof, proof of adress took ages but finally was accepted. The problem is with the transaction proof. I did a deposit via Jeton (e-wallet), after several prints sent via email (without a response) and uploaded via site - it was finally accepted. After that they asked me proof of my bank transactions to prove I did a deposit to Jeton - again, several times I uploaded that proof. Until yesterday, my account wasn't yet verified and so the withdraw requested (500eur-maximum permited, I have another 200eur in my balance). Today, for my surprise, I noticed the site is not available anymore (I dunno if only for Portugal since I dont use VPN). For 2 weeks I registered, played there and could enter the site. So basically now I have 700eurs I can´t withdraw and an account with personal data that I can´t even access. Any contact via e-mail was never answered. This was I have no solution but make a formal complaint here. Please help. Thanks.
