The verification process is slow and, besides ID proof, proof of adress took ages but finally was accepted. The problem is with the transaction proof. I did a deposit via Jeton (e-wallet), after several prints sent via email (without a response) and uploaded via site - it was finally accepted. After that they asked me proof of my bank transactions to prove I did a deposit to Jeton - again, several times I uploaded that proof. Until yesterday, my account wasn't yet verified and so the withdraw requested (500eur-maximum permited, I have another 200eur in my balance). Today, for my surprise, I noticed the site is not available anymore (I dunno if only for Portugal since I dont use VPN). For 2 weeks I registered, played there and could enter the site. So basically now I have 700eurs I can´t withdraw and an account with personal data that I can´t even access. Any contact via e-mail was never answered. This was I have no solution but make a formal complaint here. Please help. Thanks.
