Dear Sir/Madam,

I would like to file a complaint regarding my casino account, which has been restricted for almost three weeks without a clear explanation or resolution.

I have contacted the casino’s customer support several times and made them know that I was available for any information they would need, but I have only received generic responses and no update on when the issue will be resolved. As a result, I am unable to withdraw my funds.

I kindly ask for your assistance in reviewing this matter and helping to resolve the issue with the casino as soon as possible.
