Jeet Ciy Casino not responding to self exclusion request
Hello,
This is my 2nd time issuing a complaint for the same issue. The first time I got email from Ask Gamblers saying my complaint is not justified, which I find really confusing. Why would I make a complaint about a casino not self-excluding me if it was not true? Just to waste my and your time?
Again, I would like to point out that I have sent multiple emails to VIP email of Jeet City Casino but they just ignore the request while they respond to other emails regarding bonuses, withdrawals, etc. This time I am attaching also screen shot of my request for self exclusion send in December. Attached also screen shot of my account and screenshot of play history where you will see that I still played yesterday, hence it is obvious that my account is not self-excluded.
Please do the needful so that Jeet City will self-exclude me.
In the complaints section under Jeet City casino I see I am not the only one who had and issue with Self Exclusion. Ask Gamblers should not give good rating to casinos that do not follow their own "Responsible gaming" T&C'c.
