Absolutely no responsible gaming here

I emailed them a bet and over even cc’d ask gamblers.

All they do is delay and offer free money.

I am trying to quit gaming. I want this account closed. Please tell them to close it. Please. Look at all reviews online. Everyone is complaining.

They don’t care about mentally ill people who can’t stop gaming.

I want the account permanently closed asap.

Kein spielerschutz trotz wusch konto nicht gesperrt

Nachdem ich mich am 05.02.26 registriert bzw. das erste mal in diesem Casino gespielt habe, habe ich über 2000€ eingezahlt und verloren. Ich habe daraufhin eine E-Mail (06.02.26) geschrieben, dass ich entweder einen Bargeldbonus haben möchte um meine Verluste eventuell auszugleichen oder sie mein Konto schließen sollen. (Von der Support-Mail kam bis heute auf keine einzige Mail eine Antwort), lediglich der VIP-Manager antwortet irgendwann und genau darum geht es jetzt auch. Dieser antwortete, dass ich doch mein Cashback erhielt und mehr gibt es nicht. Cashback waren sage und schreibe 63€ bei über 2000€ Verlust. Mein Konto wollte er trotzdem nicht schließen und meinte, besser wäre einfach eine Pause und ich soll es nach 1-2 Wochen wieder probieren. Nach dieser Mail habe ich wieder 510€ eingezahlt und wieder verloren.

Ich habe dann erneut am 08.02.26 eine Mail an den VIP-Manager geschrieben, dass er bitte mein Konto dauerhaft sperren soll aufgrund von Spielsucht.

Wieder kam irgendwann erst eine Antwort, dass eine Pause besser wäre denn ich würde sowieso in einem anderen Casino weiterspielen, aber mein Konto wurde nicht gesperrt trotz ausführlicher Bitte wegen Spielsucht.

Danach wieder 545€ eingezahlt und wieder verloren.

Ich wurde dann schon ungemütlich und habe ihm geschrieben, dass er endlich mein verf*** Konto löschen soll. Darauf kam wieder die Antwort, dass eine Pause besser wäre.

Am 18.02.26 habe ich geschrieben: "Löschen!!!".

Bis heute (02.06.26) habe ich weitere Mails geschrieben und weitere 800€ verloren

Die ersten 2000€ waren leider Lehrgeld. Die restlichen 1900€ waren nicht vorhandener Spielerschutz!

Leider habe ich die vorherigen Nachrichten vom VIP-Manager nicht mehr weil ich sie aus Wut gelöscht habe. Die letzten Nachrichten von ihm sowie all meine gesendeten habe ich zum Glück noch.

Hätte man bei meinem ersten Wunsch direkt reagiert und mein Konto aufgrund von Spielsucht gesperrt, hätte ich keine weiteren 1900€ verloren!

Sowas ist eine absolute Frechheit!

Ich werde hingehalten und ignoriert

Hallo. Ich habe das Gefühl, das ich nur hingehalten werde. Vor ein paar Wochen habe ich hier 900€ gewonnen und es war innerhalb 5min auf meinem Konto OHNE eine Verifizierung. Fand ich super. Auf der Seite steht auch überall „schnelle Auszahlungen innerhalb einer Stunde“. Ebenso was die Verifizierung betriff. „Nach hochladen ihrer Dokumente wird ihr Konto sofort verifiziert“. Komisch das es bei mir nicht der fall ist. Die 900€ sind mir noch ein Rätsel.

Ich habe vor 2 Tagen 5.000€ gewonnen und auch direkt zur Auszahlung weitergeleitet. Kein Casino hat mich so hingehalten und so ignoriert wie hier. Meine Dokumente werden nicht überprüft. Ich habe zum 100.mal den Chat angeschrieben und jeder sagt mir was anderes! wie kann sowas sein? Ich teile den Arbeitern mit, das in den FAQ‘s steht, das alle Auszahlungen innerhalb einer Stunde verarbeitet werden. Die Verifizierung ebenso. Im Chat wurde mir gesagt, das es 24 Stunden dauert. Ich warte schon seit über 24 Stunden, es wurden weder meine Dokumente überprüft, noch wurde mir irgendwie geholfen. Ich werde nur hingehalten. Vielleicht werden sie sagen das es zu früh ist für eine Beschwerde. Mir geht es darum das ich mich wirklich nicht gut dabei fühle und mich auch ehrlich gesagt „vera**cht fühle und das auf der Seite ganz andere Wartezeiten stehen! Nachdem ich alle Dokumente hochgeladen habe hieß es „24 Stunden warten“ Ja nu? Das jeder Mitarbeiter was anderes von sich gibt, finde ich echt krass. Kein Casino hat sowas bis jetzt bei mir gemacht.. Wahrscheinlich ist es auch eine hinhalte Taktik, was aber nichts bringt. Die monatliche Auszahlung beträgt 5.000€. Ebenso bringt die Taktik Nichts, weil ich nie wieder hier spielen werde. Ich möchte nicht ignoriert werden.

Klar es kann immer dauern bis etwas ausgezahlt wird. Mir geht es darum das auf der Seite extra steht, das alle Auszahlungen und verifizierungen schnell bearbeitet werden (1h). Ich werde Instant ignoriert und hingehalten! Die Beschwerde schreibe ich deswegen. Weil ich ganz genau weis was noch auf mich zu kommen wird.

Asked to permanently self exclude and told to think about it

I am writing to raise a formal complaint regarding how my request to close my account due to gambling harm was handled.

On March 30th, I clearly stated:
“I would like to permanently close my account” and followed this by confirming “I am spending too much money so need to stop gambling.”

This was an explicit request to stop gambling due to loss of control. Under responsible gambling obligations, this should have resulted in immediate account closure or self-exclusion, or at the very least clear and direct action being taken to prevent further gambling.

Instead, I received responses encouraging me to “take my time” and suggesting there was “no rush to make any decisions,” with no action taken to restrict my account. At no point was my account closed or meaningfully limited following my request.

As a result, I was able to continue gambling and incurred further losses after I had clearly expressed that I was experiencing harm and wished to stop.

JeetCIty Casino - Impossible verification requested

I verified my account 3 days ago and received a payout. I played again today using Apple Pay as well as payment directly from my account. I requested to withdraw my winnings and it was rejected with instructions to verify my last deposit, which was Apple Pay. I was able to send screenshots showing the payment came out of my Apple Pay and my credit card and the information they want is impossible to provide. They need my full name, the date, and time of the deposit on my banking app. My credit card app doesn’t not show this information (for example, it doesn’t show my full name) but I was able to send screenshots showing the payment came from my card.

Jeet Ciy Casino not responding to self exclusion request

Hello,

This is my 2nd time issuing a complaint for the same issue. The first time I got email from Ask Gamblers saying my complaint is not justified, which I find really confusing. Why would I make a complaint about a casino not self-excluding me if it was not true? Just to waste my and your time?

Again, I would like to point out that I have sent multiple emails to VIP email of Jeet City Casino but they just ignore the request while they respond to other emails regarding bonuses, withdrawals, etc. This time I am attaching also screen shot of my request for self exclusion send in December. Attached also screen shot of my account and screenshot of play history where you will see that I still played yesterday, hence it is obvious that my account is not self-excluded.

Please do the needful so that Jeet City will self-exclude me.

In the complaints section under Jeet City casino I see I am not the only one who had and issue with Self Exclusion. Ask Gamblers should not give good rating to casinos that do not follow their own "Responsible gaming" T&C'c.

Jeetcity casino refusing my deposit and wager limits requests

I tried many times to set wager/deposit and to close my account for weeks via live chat/emails, but all my requests were refused.

As a problem gambler I have never had this trouble before.

I was always told that they can not do anything “because my vip manager is offline” and it would take up to weeks to get replies.

I finally got my account closed and sent them a complaint, but no reply at all again.

Request from casino to be unable to play until payment has been processed

Dear Askgambles.

After making a deposit to JeetCity I manage to get a super fast withdrawal of 600€.

Same day I deposited and managed in a couple of days to get a balance of 5000€.

I requested a withdrawal but I had to go through verification in which I complied to every request.

But because I was canceling all the time my withdrawal to play, I send an email to the casino to block me from playing until the account is verified and the payment of 5000€ was made.

So the casino asked me a last document and inside the email was confirmed that I may not play until the verification process was completed.

As shown to me the emails with the times sent, I was still able to log in, cancel and still play during the confirmation of the casino that I may not play.

So I cancel the withdrawal, still being able to play.

After my balance went to 3000€ I sent another email to the casino to block me from playing but still nothing.

After the request of withdrawal of the 3000€ my withdrawal was constantly rejected “provider payment issue” while the first withdrawal was super smooth.

I requested that JeetCasino refund me the 5000€ that I lost while I should be on exclusion until the the verification process was completed and my payment was processed.
