After making a deposit to JeetCity I manage to get a super fast withdrawal of 600€.
Same day I deposited and managed in a couple of days to get a balance of 5000€.
I requested a withdrawal but I had to go through verification in which I complied to every request.
But because I was canceling all the time my withdrawal to play, I send an email to the casino to block me from playing until the account is verified and the payment of 5000€ was made.
So the casino asked me a last document and inside the email was confirmed that I may not play until the verification process was completed.
As shown to me the emails with the times sent, I was still able to log in, cancel and still play during the confirmation of the casino that I may not play.
So I cancel the withdrawal, still being able to play.
After my balance went to 3000€ I sent another email to the casino to block me from playing but still nothing.
After the request of withdrawal of the 3000€ my withdrawal was constantly rejected “provider payment issue” while the first withdrawal was super smooth.
I requested that JeetCasino refund me the 5000€ that I lost while I should be on exclusion until the the verification process was completed and my payment was processed.
