I registered at this casino at the beginning of October.
Since then I have been waiting for them to let me withdraw my money but I can't.
It's not much, it's about $260. I had made a small deposit and I didn't get any bonus.
They asked me many things to send them for my identification and I did.
I sent an identity card, a driver's license, a selfie and a video selfie with both, as well as holding a piece of paper where I had to state my details.
They replied that my account is now identified as you can see in the photos I sent you, but I still can't make a withdrawal as you can see.
They've been making fun of me for almost 2 months.
I would greatly appreciate your team's help.
