I have a problem with withdraws on this casino.

First i did 2 withdraw at the same time :

80$ for the 1st one
60$ for the second one

I received 84€ in total in 1 transaction so i don’t even know where the second withdraw is.

Last one is 60$ withdraw , only received my desposit back , around 34€.

They say it’s because of tax etc.
It’s a lie i have in the blockchain the transactions and they did not send the correct amout.

In total a 60$ withdraw is missing and 26$ from the last one is still missing.

Been trying to deal with them but they fake every reason possible so i come here to end up this case wich is about 1 month old

Hi , so to clarify :

10Th May 2024 : 2 withdraws made 1 hour appart - 80$ for the first one ( received ) and 60$ for the second one ( not received ) . Jackbit claim they sent both in one transaction. I joined a copy to prove they only sent 80$ of the first withdraw. TO CONCLUDE here i am missing 60$

12Th May 2024 : asked for 60$ withdraw , i only received 40$ ( proof are included as well , they claim 20$ of fees from coinbase. ( screenshot of false claimed is joined ) . So here i am missing 20$

If you add both missing sum it is in total 80$

Additionally, please note that the payment provider used for withdrawing funds charges a transaction network fee for BTC of 0.00040000BTC (approximately 26.45 USD). We do not charge any transaction fees to our players, the commission is applied by the payment provider, independently from us.

Once again Jackbit lies and try to cut short by saying irrelevant excuses. I do not consider this case closed at all because I need to receive the missing withdraws.

Jackbit did block the account with wich i have this issue ( purpose or not ? ) so i cannot access it , Jackbit can find the linked account to this hash transaction : a1420c­44e­ac3­1eb­35e­26b­123­360­69d­103­29a­45c­0dc­946­7f5­4de­0ca­767­700274c

Once Jackbit can provide me with the account linked we can go further. Thanks in advance

I do not agree. You closed the account associated , i cannot access it because of you so it is not my fault.

It has been 1 month i tried to conclude this privately with you via e-mail but you are clearly trying to scam me and you try to not pay my winnings.

On trustpilot a guy had exactly the same issue as mine on the same day , you just paid the deposit back but not the winning.

Askgamblers please get into this because Jackbit is lying and not even reading what i say. Casino sent evidence the payment was sent correctly and to the rightful owner of the account.
