Hello .
A few days ago I was looking here on your page for a new casino and said to try this one.
It was my biggest mistake for sure.
I registered and the first thing I did was to certify my account so I wouldn't have any problems.
I sent them everything. Even selfies where I was holding a piece of paper that wrote my details, and the identity together.
I made a small deposit with crypto around €40 and when I tried to make a withdrawal they canceled it and now they won't let me as you can see in the photo.
The money that I have in my account is around 220€ .
I can't understand the reason!

I have been trying to contact them for many days without success.
Then they asked me to send them a video showing my identity and a piece of paper with my details and to mention them in English as well.

I did and sent it to them for sure!
After a few days they asked me for a new video. I did it again and sent it again of course.
Since then they stopped answering me. I send them messages on live chat and mails but nothing.
I waiting almost a month !!

They are trying to do everything to avoid paying me.
This is not fair!

I would beg for your help!

For information, our casino is targeted by this member from multiple accounts. Member got 6 duplicated accounts and KYC verified as different persons
