Hi,

I have been playing on my account since the 20th June. I had to make a few deposits after losing as shown and managed to make a successful withdrawal too.

My balance was $9642.66.

I then went to withdraw 5000 yesterday after a profitable few days and then again the rest of the balance this morning as was unable to bet anything due to limits applied to my account.

My withdrawals have now randomly been rejected AND they have taken $8450 away from my balance for no reason with "system withdraw" shown on my transaction history.

They emailed me to say due to a violation of terms and conditions you are only allowed to withdraw the remaining balance, which is only $1192. I went on chat and they said I violated terms 9 & 10.

In response to these false allegations and after reading through these terms; this is my only account and there is no one else in my household who has a jackbit account and it is only me that has used my account. There was no advantage play and no strategy used. I have placed 100s of bets and just so happen to have luckily made a profit.

I have complied to everything and all terms. I have sent off all verification and was fully verified.

It seems criminal they can just say a violation of terms and conditions and remove my whole balance as soon as I start to make a bit of money. I can guarantee if I had continued to lose on the account then there would be no issues at all from their side.

Please help me to recover my winnings which I won fairly and that jackbit are have unfairly taken away from me for no reason. I am happy to supply any information or personal verification that is needed.

That makes no sense Jackbit. This is my only account, no one else in my household has an account and this is my device. So you're telling me someone has been using my account as well?

After a thorough investigation of your case, we have found that your account had IP and device connections with multiple accounts, which is a violation of our Terms and Conditions, therefore, your account has been permanently terminated in accordance with Sections 9 and 10 of our platform’s terms of use.

According to our policy, when users are suspected of having multiple accounts or have IP and device connections with other accounts, we reserve the right to terminate the account permanently.
Following the termination of the player's account, We reserve the right to charge the Player with the administrative fee in amount of 20% of the amount deposited.
Additionally, in case of duplicate accounts and/or IP and Device connections, the full winnings are deducted from the player's balance, and the player is eligible to withdraw the remaining funds from their last deposit.

Problem Verifikation und Auszahlung

Ich wollte mein Geld von Jackbit auszahlen, allerdings haben sie von mir Ausweis, Adressnachweis und ein Selfie mit einem Zettel auf dem mein Name, das Aktuelle Datum und weitere Infos stehen. Das habe ich alles eingereicht und die Unterlagen wurde akzeptiert.

Danach wurde meine Auszahlung abegelehnt, weil ich ein Video einreichen soll, in dem ich meinen Ausweis in der Hand halte und meinen Namen, das aktuelle Datum und weiter Infos auf Englisch vorlese.

Das habe ich 2 mal gemacht, beide Video wurde abgelehnt mit irgendwelchen Ausreden (das Video habe zu schlechte Qualität bla bla bla).

Beim dritten Video habe ich eine Email erhalten, in der mir mittgeteilt wurde, dass sie das Video überprüfen und sich bei mir melden würden. Sie haben sie seit Wochen nicht gemeldet. Die letzte Email von jackbit bekam ich am 08.03, wie sie in den screenshots sehen können. Ich habe sie danach erneut kontaktiert aber keiner von ihnen meldet sich.

Missing Bonus Round

I am lodging a formal complaint against Jackbit Casino regarding a technical dispute, a missing game round, and a failure to provide standard gaming logs (Round ID) for verification.

Chronology of Events:

On May 11th 2026 , I was playing the slot game Le Fisherman by Hacksaw Gaming.

I successfully placed a $5.00 bet. The funds were immediately debited from my casino account balance.During that exact $5.00 spin, 3 Free Spins (Bonus) symbols landed on the screen, triggering the bonus game.

Immediately upon the symbols landing, the game page suffered a disconnection error.I refreshed the page. Upon reload, the game interface default bet size had reverted to $2.00.My internal game history inside the slot only shows the subsequent $2.00 session, completely missing the winning $5.00 round.I changed the bet back to $5.00 in hopes the stuck bonus round would resume, but it did not.

The Discrepancy:

Jackbit Account History: My official casino account transaction history explicitly shows a "Success" status for the $5.00 bet. (See attached screenshot).Casino Support Response: When I contacted support via email, they claimed the bet was "refused/declined before the transaction finalized" and that it did not register in their system or the provider's (Hacksaw Gaming) logs.

The courtesy credit: The casino has since manually credited $5.00 back to my account balance after I contacted them. Why I am Disputing This:A transaction cannot be labeled as "Success" in the main account financial logs if the wager was completely declined prior to finalisation. Because the 3 bonus symbols landed on my screen, the game server had to process the spin to generate that specific visual outcome.I have repeatedly requested the Game Round ID number for this $5.00 transaction so that I can independently verify the spin outcome using the official Hacksaw Gaming Replay tool. The casino continuously refuses to provide this, stating it does not exist in their records.Requested Resolution:I request that Jackbit Casino coordinates directly with Hacksaw Gaming's technical compliance team to extract the exact server-side log corresponding to the timestamp of my successful $5.00 debit. I require either the official Hacksaw Round ID / Replay Link to prove the spin results, or the proper execution and payout of the triggered Free Spins bonus round based on the $5.00 stake.

6 months block without case

Hello,

On October 9th, I won $3,311,000 USD.

I want to withdraw this money, but there's a possibility of exclusion; my account is blocked.

I contacted support and received a reply that the account is blocked for six months due to a review.

Why are my funds actually illegal? Because I took too much? I did nothing wrong.

Withdrawal intentionally declined

I have made a withdrawal of INR 7,500 on 13-09-25 and in their withdrawal section there is only one method to transfer amount in local currency which is the method of IMPS. When I made withdrawal using IMPS method chat agent is suggesting to use another method of bank transfer as can be seen in the chat print I have attached... How am i supposed to use another method when there is only one method for withdrawal which is IMPS to get transferred in local currency and when further asked to agent he simply denying the money by saying they are facing currently problem with that method and there is no another method to withdraw in local currency other than IMPS... Please help me get back my money because these are the tactics simply used by casino to not to give money... Please help me publish this complaint and I have communicated with them via mail for the same but there is no response from them.

It's been over 70 hours and my money of INR 1,500 is not yet credited to my wallet.

I have tried to communicate with their live chat team, but the team was not at all responding, so i have written to their email as advised, attaching proof of payment along with a bank statement, and yet no response from them...

Account closed and funds with profit confiscated

My account at Jackbit Casino was closed and my funds were confiscated at 13.08.25. The casino claimed this was due to a violation of section 11 of their Terms and Conditions. However, they have not provided me with any explanation or evidence regarding what specific rule was violated.

I contacted support via live chat and email, but they only repeated the same generic statement and refused to share any details.

I have always played fairly and followed the rules. My account was used only by me, my wallet was unique to me, and I completed all necessary verification requirements without issues.

This sudden account closure and confiscation of funds without proof is completely unfair.

i need the funds to be returned according to fair agreement .

Delayed bitcoin payments

AskGamblers, I am having to reach out for your assistance in this frustrating matter with Jackbit Casino.

Please see all screenshots of chats and emails from this casino in this complaint.

On 2/12, I submitted two bitcoin withdrawals in the amounts of $296.91 USD and $240.80 USD.

I have never had any issues with their instant bitcoin withdrawals before as they were typically received in my wallet within a couple of hours of the casino processing and approving them. I knew something was very wrong this time. When I didn’t receive my bitcoin payments the next day, I reached out to their Customer Support via Chat Feature to inquire.

I have attached screenshots of my conversations with the representatives in this complaint. I was told both of my bitcoin withdrawals were approved and were given the transaction hashes to view them on https://blockchair.com, which is what I did. Please also see the attachment of the current status (as of 2/14 @ approximately 8am CST) of these two hash transactions they provided to me on blockchair.com.

When I reviewed these, the amounts are not even remotely close to what my withdrawal amounts are, in fact, they are for much more. I have asked them to review this discrepancy as it could be related to why I have not received either bitcoin payment to date, but no response. Their responses, as you can see from the attachments on this complaint, are all the same. They provide the hash transaction IDs and tell me to view it on the blockchain.

They have also told me to reach out to my wallet exchange to inquire, which I did, and they have received nothing to my bitcoin wallet which I verified with them.

Please assist me in getting my earned bitcoin payments from this casino.

Service fee deposited to process withdrawal now missing

I was recently on your jack bitt casino site and started the process for a withdrawal. I made initial $20 deposit…. The informed of $162 service fee to get my withdrawl. Sounds like a full blown scam but did it anyways thru bitcoin. Had to send over $162 fee in 2 parts via bitcoin as bitcoin would only let me purchase so much at a time. Sent in 2 payments via bitcoin transfer…. One for $75.21 and minute later one for $75.22. Go back to jack bitt website, payment processes, deposit history states $162 success. Look at withdrawl history, shows service fee of $162 completed. Wait and wait for it to get out of review so it will be sent over to me, over 24 hours later, still in review. Now on chat I am informed that they recieved 74 payment and I need to pay remaining balance of service fee. Now I have the deposit history stating $162 was successful, I have withdrawl history that states service fee complete. I have transaction records that show BOTH transactions sent to same bitcoin address and I have transaction records showing it was confirmed and recieved only seconds later. I want my withdrawl released as I have done everything needed to do to have it released and it is bullshit that I’m getting told only $74 was sent and I have to send more! I am out $182 dollars in total to get this withdrawl and now I’m being scammed out of it! Here is all the records I have showing both transactions were sent and recieved, not just $74. Fix it and send my withdrawl!
