BetChain Casino - Stalling big win payout for days

i love betchain casino. i love the games i love the way customer support handles things mostly but for some reason three days ago on friday i hit 15 BTC at 1000 dollars a bitcoin price yea it was up. well i got the first 5000 without a problem. then i asked about the other and they told me it needed to be approved by a manager which by the way is understandable and told me that i would recieve my withdrawl with in 24 hours. well 24 hours passes and i contact support again and they tell me that i need to upload an id and that was all i needed to do i made a point to say ok just an id are you sure and he said yes just an id wel i uploaded an id and that was approved immediatly and was told that the manager was out until monday i wasnt to happy about that since the page says instant withdrawls but hey what can ya do ya know. well i woke up this morning (monday) at 7:30 and asked about my money and they wanted a selfie with my ID. ok i get it. so i sent that in and a come back a couple hours later to ask about my money again.. now they want a copy of my bitcoin wallet. im a little irritated by now between the three days and them telling me that id was all that i needed but hey could have been someone new that didnt know any better so i uploaded my bitcoin wallet and hours later it still is pending. so i talk to someone again. and still no withdrawl it has been almost 4 days for a BTC withdrawl that the website says instantly. and yes i read the T&C and it says nothing about a certain amount having to be with drawled. but even at that even if i looked over it how fair is it that i win 11 BTC at a 1000 dollars a BTC and they hold my money for 4 days and we all know how the BTC price drops and they hold it till it drops back down to 7 or 8 hundred then they want to pay me the 11 BTC at 800 that is completeley unfair being that i have tried and done everything that i can do on my end.
