Withdrawal refused with unfair accusations

Good afternoon, I would like to apologize for my English, I am not happy with Casino Horus, we have a lack of communication, I sent several emails without any response from them. Up here goes the proof of them, even talking to the support several times, did nothing for me. I won a small amount of money that was forbidden to me as I threw it to a forbidden machine, the name of the machine is Wolf Gold, a jackpot machine that has not marked the jackpot logo as you can see from the photos above, it is not on menu of the site where the jackpot machines are located, the machine is not on the forbidden machines list, how could I know it was a jackpot machine! As you can see, they canceled my withdrawal request and erased another 1000 euros from my balance which makes a total of 2000 euros. I tried to negotiate with them a solution but unfortunately until today no answer was given to me, I was simply forgotten! I think it's not just my fault that there's bad information on the casino website and this slot logo! I hope I can choose your answer. Thank you in advance for your time.

Considering all the information provided during the course of the complaints process, AskGamblers Complaints Team strongly believe that the player should have been payed in full, due to the fact that the game in question has not been listed under Jackpot category within their games section. We are thankful to Horus Casino that they have accepted our suggestion and corrected that part, but unfortunately, that has been done after the complaint has been raised, and player won. Therefore, upon the fact that casino did not pay the player and that both parties involved did not reach to a mutual agreement, AskGamblers Complaints Team has no other choice but to close complaint as Unresolved, and suggest the player to seek further assistance  from the relevant regulatory body.

I am not the only one thinking what is right, I also understand your position but unfortunately it is not only my fault that the measures have already been taken with the wolf gold logo and even the place where it is now! I honestly am not interested in your 250 euros. Thanks

From our side we have offered you 250€ bonus to play, yuor negotiation of €1000 withdrawal and €1000 in bonus cannot happen, we are a casino operator we are glad to give our players the advantage to have the best bonus percentages in the industry but in other hand they need to respect our T&C and bonus terms.

Given the opinion that was given by Askgambler, I will not accept your 250 euros and I will continue with this complaint as unresolved! See how you can see I was hoping to be able to negotiate rightly with you, after all this I still had hope to feel at home but unfortunately I feel like in a hole !!!! Have a nice afternoon!

Deposit bonus not credited
Hello, I have a problem with the Horus Casino. Well, on June 17, 21 I made my first deposit by selecting the bonus options. The minimum deposit amount was 1500 rubles and then I made a deposit of 1832 rubles. After prior contact with the operator, I made sure which method I can pay in to get the bonus. I deposited with the Visa card method. However, since then neither the deposit nor the bonuses have been credited to my casino profile. After contacting the operator, the lady calmed me down and said that I could pay using a different method, because this is what happens with cards. I didn't know there might be a problem since this method is generally available. Since then, I have been contacting the operator on average every two days, but I still get the same answer and my message has been forwarded to the appropriate department and they will contact me by email. Until today, silence. I called my bank, but the lady on the line said that everything was fine on my part because the amount was transferred to the casino account. And this casino must have a terminal problem. I am asking for help because I feel that I am being dismissed. I would like the funds I deposited to be credited to the casino account along with the bonus or that the casino would return my funds to the card. This is the amount of about PLN 100 and it is a considerable amount for me. I attach the last screen from a conversation with Pania operator plus a screen from the bank that day about blocking $ 25 for the deposit. I will add that on my casino profile the reason for the rejection was that I did not have enough funds on my account, which is not true because the amount was immediately blocked and transferred to the casino account.
