Technical Issue bonus round not restore and my wins missing

I'm sad I have to post that as I really wanted the casino to be honnest but I have no choice.
So I'm a regular player of Gudar (and all others Universal Casinos). I've made several deposit and played on my pc and on my phone after that.
I was on the middle of party when I won on Wicked Circus (yydrasil slot). An error message appear (I have a pic).
Error : couldn't parse data from server. please try again later
I've contacted the chat and they told me to wait few hours. Wich I did... Then the agent open a case, and told me to wait 24 hours to have a resolution.
I've wait like she said, and the slot worked 1 day later, but my session wasn't restored, and my wins not credited.
I contacted again the chat as I didn't have any reply or message. The new agent told ma that she send a not to the technical service and to wait for their shift shedule to have a resolution.. Of course they didn't and a new agent told me to wait again...
3 days after my issue, no one contact me, no resolution, and worst tonight when I contacted the chat they ignored my message, and didn't reply...
This is disrespectful, and a total malfunction...
I just want my wins or to have a refund of my 520€ deposit. I don't understand how a casino can be so bad with a player like me, I was patient, respectful, and I don't deserved to be treat like that or to have my wins stole
