On 10th of July I requested a withdraw of 191€ and on 15th of July a withdraw of 300€.

Total amount: 491€

Both withdraws are still "under review" and i've asked the support for help since im already verified and hoped for some new information regarding my withdraw request. The Support keeps telling me "it's under review" and i should not worry about it. Now its been over a week for my first withdraw and im not being told whats the issue is. That's why i decided to submit a complaint, and hopefully it gets resolved soon.

Overall I had a good experience with this Casino. And I really like the concept behind the casino and hope they will offer a faster withdrawal proccess in the future or give the customer a better understanding why the withdrawal is taking longer than expected.

@GudarCasino @Askgamblers I just got notified that both withdraws got approved and i already received them via Bitcoin Transaction!! Thank you very much Gudar Casino :)
