ETH deposit not credited and seem to be ignored

Hello i have been playing at this casino a short time all seemed fine till i used Dapper to send ETH

I use 2 wallets for daily tasks https://www.meetdapper.com/ (Dapper) being one of them which turns out does internal transactions
of which i do not understand the difference... but deposit via other wallet all good.

Used Dapper and only sent a small amount 0.027 ETH to test as i have had this issue in past and sure enough it hasn't been credited..
i alerted support and informed them what happened and that there should be a warning on deposit screen but no nothing has been done and i feel i'm now being ignored they can't see it so don't believe me i really do not know but i have provided them everything they would need to find it fast but seeing as i am still "waiting" i think it's safe to say i been swept under the rug

I cannot reverse the transaction so i need them to follow through and do something about it.

Also part of communication also attached, i told them what happened and informed them the problem.. all they really need to do is look at wallet and see but this has been since the 13th and judging by past experience with casinos i feel i'm being ignored here as no one has contacted me to say anything or ask questions and nothing has been done

if internal transactions do not register on the casinos system then i think it is 100% fair to ask for such warnings on deposit screen!

Here some information about internal transaction:

Internal transactions, despite the name (which isn't part of the yellow paper but is a convention people have settled on), are not actual transactions. They are also not included directly in the blockchain; they are value transfers that were initiated by executing a smart contract (smart contract Ether or token transfer).

So, that mean, that the internal transaction is not part of the amount of the external transaction, I don't know how work your wallet, but that you send in one crypto deposit, is the amount principal in the external or regular transaction.

If you want, you can send us screen shot from your wallet, to check where the amount was deduct.

Hallo, ich habe am 20.12.2023 eine Auszhalung in Höhe von 416€ gemacht. Mein Account ist verifziert. Seitdem frage ich fast täglich im Chat nach, was mit meiner Auszahlung ist. ich werde immer vertröstet mit der Aussage "kommen Sie in ein paar Stunden wieder um ihren Status zu erfragen" oder die Antwort "ich leite es an die Finanzabteilung weiter". Bitte um Klärung.

Gidar Casino - Casino zahlt nicht

Hallo, ich versuche nun jeden Tag infos über keine Auszhalung zu bekommen. Entweder bekommt man die Antwort, dass die Finanzabteilung nicht verfügbar ist, oder irgendwelche Wartungsarbeiten sind. Ist dann endlich die Finanzabteilung verfügbar bekommt man die Antwort, dass die Auszahlung in Bearbeitung ist. Dieses Hin und her geht jetzt schpon 12 Tage obwohl die AGB´s besagen, dass bei E-Wallets 0-48h für eine Auszahlung benötigen.
Mein Konto ist unteranderem auch schon verifiziert.

Gudar -Auszahlung kommt nicht an

Am 18.11.2019 habe ich einen Auszahlungsantrag über 500 Euro gestellt. Dieser wurde am 19.11.2019 als bearbeitet markiert [withdrawal processed.png]. Ich habe zusätzlich eine E-Mail erhalten, in welcher mir die erfolgreiche Auszahlung bestätigt wurde [withdrawal email.png]. Am 26.11.2019 war das Geld noch immer nicht bei mir eingegangen, sodass ich mich erstmalig an den Support gewandt habe [email support 1.png].

Einen Tag später, am 27.11.2019, forderte mich der Support auf, ihnen einen Kontoauszug zukommen zu lassen [email support 2.png]. Dies tat ich noch am selben Tag. In ihrer Antwort vom 28.11.2019 wird dies auch bestätigt [email support 3.png]. Eine E-Mail mit nahezu demselben Inhalt erhielt ich dann noch einmal etwa 12 Stunden später [email support 4.png].

Seit dem habe ich nichts mehr von Gudar Casino gehört. Ich habe ihnen zwei weitere Emails geschickt, auf welche nicht reagiert worden ist [email support 5.png]. Darüber hinaus habe ich mich mehrfach an den kaum zu erreichenden Live Chat gewandt, in welchem ich jedes Mal ohne neue Ergebnisse an den Email-Support verwiesen worden bin.

Es kann nicht sein, dass eine Auszahlung über 500 Euro mehr als 14 Tage in Anspruch nimmt. Wohlgemerkt nachdem die Auszahlung angeblich bereits bearbeitet worden ist. Gudar Casino bezieht keine Stellung und ist alles andere als hilfsbereit.

Verification and withdrawal issues

I have been trying to get documents verified in order to withdraw for several days now. Casino policies state up to 48 hours for documents to be verified and also 24 hours for withdrawals. It has already been well over those time periods and I have tried communicating with the casino to no avail.

Exact same verification documents have been accepted recently by their sister casinos universal casino and w casino so I do not understand what the issue is. I have followed all rules and regulations outlined by the casino. Below are the transcripts from interaction with the casino. They don’t seem to have any interest in addressing the concerns or following their own policies either as is clear from transcripts.

Technical Issue bonus round not restore and my wins missing

I'm sad I have to post that as I really wanted the casino to be honnest but I have no choice.

So I'm a regular player of Gudar (and all others Universal Casinos). I've made several deposit and played on my pc and on my phone after that.

I was on the middle of party when I won on Wicked Circus (yydrasil slot). An error message appear (I have a pic).

I've contacted the chat and they told me to wait few hours. Wich I did... Then the agent open a case, and told me to wait 24 hours to have a resolution.
I've wait like she said, and the slot worked 1 day later, but my session wasn't restored, and my wins not credited.
I contacted again the chat as I didn't have any reply or message. The new agent told ma that she send a not to the technical service and to wait for their shift shedule to have a resolution.. Of course they didn't and a new agent told me to wait again...
3 days after my issue, no one contact me, no resolution, and worst tonight when I contacted the chat they ignored my message, and didn't reply...
This is disrespectful, and a total malfunction...

I just want my wins or to have a refund of my 520€ deposit. I don't understand how a casino can be so bad with a player like me, I was patient, respectful, and I don't deserved to be treat like that or to have my wins stole
