2 days ago I made multiple deposits using BTC. Every other deposits were credited except this one transaction which is still pending. I have asked the live chat regarding this and all they kept telling me is to wait until the software processes it and they cannot do anything about this. This has been 2days now. In my deposit history it shows up as PENDING. When I check my BTC wallet it says it's been sent and confirmed. This is NOT FAIR.
