Multiple withdrawals delayed
Hello.
Given the number of similar complaints on AskGamblers, I feel compelled to take immediate action rather than wait weeks for my withdrawal to be processed.
I requested a withdrawal on 13.09.2025 with one transaction, again on 14.09.2025 with four transactions, and once more on 16.09.2025 with one transaction. However, I have not received any funds, and the status of all my requests remains marked as "new." I urgently seek your assistance in resolving this matter.
I have been a loyal customer for years and have never encountered any issues with withdrawals. They have always been processed promptly—usually within minutes or hours. However, it has now been several days, and despite reaching out to customer support multiple times, I have not received any clear timeframe or status update. I have been repeatedly told that "numerous checks" are required, despite no prior issues with my withdrawals. Moreover, customer support seems unable to contact the finance department to escalate the matter.
