I have completed the ridiculously complicated verification process - it took several days but I am verified.
I made the first withdrawal via bank transfer for €400. After a few days, I saw that it had 'failed' and the money was back in my casino account. No email to tell me this had happened nor the reason why.
I withdrew the amount again - this time to a visa card. After another couple of days the withdrawal had again 'failed' and the money returned to the account. Again no reason was given and no email to suggest a solution.
The live chat is not helpful as they say they cannot answer questions re withdrawals. The email responses from the finance team are sparse and unhelpful.
I would appreciate your intervention, please.
