The casino wouldn't let me verify my account

In this casino it is impossible to pass verification, all the time there is an error and a message “contact support”, I have appealed countless times. At first the support service answered that my question is under consideration and they will soon sort it out, the last 2 weeks, no one answers, chat does not work, there is no response to mails, moreover my account was blocked, I can not get any explanations, I am ready to pass verification at any time, but it is technically impossible in this casino.
