Deposit not reflected in my account

I deposited USDT but it has been 7 days since it was reflected in my account.
I tried to contact them via chat but no one was responding.
I also sent an email but no one replied.
The attached screenshot shows the casino's crypto account number and the history of the transfer from my account.
I always get this message in the chat screenshot, so I write down my email address and question, but I never get a reply.
