Party Casino - Full Withdraw Amount Not Paid

I should have checked the complaints before playing on Party Casino, this is another site that is good for robbing player's and they are very crooked.
Numerous deposits and finally received a few withdraws, their delay tactics are very good!
When I did receive my withdraw through Instadebit, they decided to combine my withdraws, nothing wrong with that, if the amounts are exact, but the totals where not correct, 1 withdraw was in USD of $400.00, somehow they decided to deduct US to Can and dropped my withdraw down to $298.54, this issue was mentioned to them several times, but they kept on saying the conversion from US to Can, so you get less. I know and everyone in Canada or US knows when you buy US you pay more from Canada, so my conversion should be more, not less. Again my withdraw was $400, I should have received my $400 and then Instadebit would increase that amount or in some cases, the Casino does not, but you get the withdraw full amount.

Since then I have locked my account and I have no plains to unlock it.

I just want my full total amount that is owed to me.

Based on submitter's last post, AskGamblers Complaints Team considers this complaint as successfully resolved and the case is being officially closed. We are happy that an agreement has been reached and we would like to thank both parties involved into this case for their cooperation.

Okay, so I did receive a call from one of their rep's, the issue was their exchange rate that was applied and I don't agree with it, but apparently it is in the T&C which I might have missed.

The Casino should have reversed the funds back into my account, when the time came to ask why, that's when they should have said a deposit mistake occurred, please try again, check the box for Canadian funds on your withdraw and this whole issue would have been resolved, but I'm sure they did not want to payout the full amount, so they put it through, if it would been something that would cost them more money, I guarantee, that withdraw would have been reversed back into my account very quick.

On sign-up, I did check the Canadian box for funds, but used the US to deposit and then withdraw, thinking I would receive my funds in US, but that was not the case, the exchange rate was applied which dropped my withdraw funds.

So fellow Player's, this is the only Casino that applies this exchange, it's imperative you check, read the T&C, make sure you understand before you deposit and stay with your method of payment to avoid this incident.

Askgamblers, consider this complaint as resolved me, the player.

Again when anything referring to exchange rates from US to Canadian is higher, not lower, even if you don't apply the rate, my withdraw was $400.00, I should get $400.00 and if we are being technical, the rate to Canadian dollars would be over $100.00.

Stop cheating Players out of the withdraws.

Make sure you don't do that to the next player, because if a Player had read this, that Player will be posting on Askgamblers.

I understand you had selected to withdraw in USD, therefore the exchange rate applicable at the time was applied. Also, no money was deducted from your Account.

Verification process is taking too long and still not replying back
Dear [PartyCasino Support Team]

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to follow up on a withdrawal request I made on January 16th, where I requested to withdraw £4000 from my account. On the same day, I received an email requesting additional identification and bank card information, which I promptly provided.

However, since then, I have been waiting for the verification process to be completed and I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the lack of progress on this matter. I understand that verification can take some time, but I have reached out to your support team multiple times for updates and have yet to receive a resolution.

On January 20th, I contacted your support team for the first time to inquire about the status of my withdrawal request. I was informed that the verification process takes time and was asked to be patient. On January 21st, I reached out again and was told that additional documents were needed, which I promptly provided. I was also informed that the verification process would take 48 hours, but after that time passed I had heard nothing from your team.

On January 25th, I reached out again to inquire about the status of my withdrawal request and was told that the timeline was actually 72 hours, so I waited an additional two days. On January 28th, I reached out again and was informed that the support team would send a reminder and get back to me within 24 hours, but this did not happen. On January 31st, I reached out for the final time and was told that a reminder would be sent, but it has now been three days and I have yet to receive any update.

At this point, I am no longer concerned about the status of my account, but I would like to have my funds transferred to me as soon as possible. The total amount I am requesting is £5298.30.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue and request that my funds be transferred to me as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
