I have another pending withdrawal of $750 that has been taking 8 business days to process since December 4th... I would like this to be resolved quickly, as I have 2 other pending withdrawals of $750 each as well as $2,250 in my account that I would also like to withdraw. Everything is delayed endlessly...

I would like to express how much it annoys and disappoints me that Frumzi Casino has not even bothered to respond to the complaint. I find it inconceivable that a casino that does not pay out its winnings can still be open and accessible. It's completely distressing to be scammed out of thousands of dollars like this!

In the last 3 days I received payment for my 3 withdrawal requests in the amount of $750 each. FINALLY!!! In addition, I was able to make my 3 new withdrawal requests, also for the amount of $750 each. I have $2250 waiting for processing again and I hope I don't have to wait that long again. In the terms and conditions it does say 3 working days, so I expect it to be done next week!

I consider this complaint resolved. I am still waiting for 3 new withdrawal requests for a total of $2,250. I hope this time it won't take as long to proceed. If so, I will open a new complaint.
