It’s my second time opening a complaint about Frumzi, they are just constantly not keeping to their service level agreements of withdrawals of 1-3 business days.

I have €19.5k to withdraw and they took over 30 days the last time to withdraw a few grand, they drip feed it to you. I have €1500 pending over 5 business days and I get the same email response every time “ it’s with our finance dept “ and to make it worse , they email me saying of I wager more , they will give me faster and bigger withdrawals. They just want me to spend the money I won, it’s really poor service.

Hi , I just uploaded another document from my bank that has my name and address on it, it also has my partners name on it as it’s both of our names on our mortgage. Is that ok ? Let me know if not I will upload something else

I have been trying to verify my address for the last few days. I asked frumzi how do I update my address and they said I can do this when verification. I have sent 3 different types of address verification and they keep returning it, literally going around in circles.

Can you tell please help me so I can withdraw some money, it’s nearly 3 weeks now since I made the request

Hi Frumzi team,

We seem to be going around in circles ,

I asked you , see attached photo- how do I go about updating my address , as I have moved from where I originally lived and set up the the account - I was told that I can change my address when i go though the verification process , which I am trying to do.

So can you please tell me what I need to do?

I moved house from where I used to live,

I am showing you proof of address where I live now,

Can you please let me know how I can update my address on file,

Hi all,

They have processed a couple of withdrawals,

I will close this complaint for now ,

But I have around €36k more to withdraw so will be keeping an eye on them sticking to their withdrawal timeframes of 1-3 days
