HELLO,

I'm asking for help contacting the casino. I haven't received any email explaining why my account is closed. I can't withdraw my money. I only have my application number. I haven't received any response for 14 days. The casino didn't want to complete the KYC process. If they want to, no problem. I'm open to cooperation. This is my only account. I just want my money back.
