Unpaid winnings, 10 banking days have passed

Nach fast zwei Monaten warte ich immer noch vergeblich auf meine restliche Zahlung von 62 Euro. Die Auszahlung wurde in Höhe von 150 beantragt und 88 kamen an meine Visa, dann hieß es es gibt Probleme, weshalb die Auszahlung in mehrere kleinere Auszahlungen geteilt wurde und diese sollte ich schnellstmöglichst erhalten.

Jedoch warte ich schon seit dem 20.07.2022. Bitte kümmern sie sich drum, ich habe ihrer Seite vertraut und bin durch sie auf Fairspin gekommen. Mir wird immer gesagt der fall wird geprüft und sie melden sich bei mir, aber dies ist nicht der Fall.

Customer service tells me to use the bank account method, which is not visible on withdrawal methods. When I tell this to the customer service team they keep telling me the technical department is working on it, and contact us tomorrow.
