I won $25,417 and the casino only allows me to withdraw via SEPA. Every day I have to beg for a paycheck. They only paid out two amounts of $1073. Today is the second time they haven't paid. Still just excuses and words from the VIP manager that I have to be patient. That's why they call me a VIP player. It's the same as all complaints. This is how they try to delay my withdrawals so that I get the full amount as late as possible. It's unfair and very mentally demanding. I don't know what to do anymore.

According to the mentioned - withdrawal request of the member of the gaming platform might take up to 10 business days for processing.
Such a period of time is due the fact that different transactions might have different specificity and it can be the reason for time of processing.
Almost never withdrawal of the members of the gaming platform took the whole 10 business days.

You did not use a crypto wallet or e-wallet for your last deposit that has been used to form the amount of winning funds on your account and that is why any other methods are not available for withdrawal of exactly that amount of winnings.
SEPA as a method is working now and you can see that with this method part of your winnings already reached you.
The method is working and available on your account and that is why it excludes the need to check alternative options for withdrawal of the amount of funds that you have on your account.
With that you can see that there are no incorrections and all processes stay in frames of the mechanics and rules of the gaming platform.

We would like to return to information that has been mentioned in this complaint before.
Gaming platform Fairspin never refuses to complete withdrawal of the winnings for every member of the platform if that type of transaction can be completed.
We always guarantee that all winnings will reach every winner.
