Withdrawals getting rejected and delayed

I recently signed up at Fairspin as all reviews I read were good and I especially like casinos that have very quick withdrawal speeds. I started playing there and passed the KYC verification. I withdrew $2,200USD and had to withdraw in 3 transactions as $1,000 is the maximum for each when using Interac as only available withdrawal method. They kept reversing my withdrawal back into my account and I kept going back to chat with them to find out what was going on. They said it was rejected and to try again. This happened several times. Now I have a very uneasy feeling about all of this. I’ve played online for years and based on technology nowadays there really is no reason for these delays or games casinos seem to play with clients in what seems to be attempts to not pay out funds.

At this moment the main point is to specify that the Fairspin Team understands that transactions are a big part of experience for every member of the platform and we always care about every deposit/withdrawal.

That is true that some transactions can face difficulties but we never refuse to process any withdrawal if it can be completed.
Transactions that have been created after specification were processed and funds of those withdrawals reached former member of the gaming platform.
We are really sorry that this minor situation might form a wrong impression but we want to pay attention to the result - all funds that former member of the gaming platform wished to withdraw have reached the recipient.

Sometimes some situation might take place but we always care about every possible aspect that can have influence on the transaction and every member of the gaming platform can be sure that winnings will reach him or her in the period of time that is set by the Fairspin.
