Withdrew my money on 2024/07/30, From >22< days ago, And until this moment i didn't receive it!!!

Why do Fairspin workers break the rules that were set in by themselves? ((Violation of exceeding 10 banking working days)) Paragraph No. 5.14. From ACCOUNT, PAY-OUTS AND BONUSES it?

Is there a liquidity problem facing Fairspin platform? That's couldn't gives me my money?

Do they think that by prolonging the procedures like this, I will reverse the withdrawal and continue gambling?

From the date 30 of July2024 to this moment, 21 of august 2024, it has been 22 days since the withdrawal process was made. And every day I try to ask them what happened with it, and they return to me with scripted answers, and a lot of copying and pasting of the responses!

A very unpleasant situation, this harms the reputation of the platform!

greetings for askgamblers & who reads this replay..especially those who tried gambling with online casino & this online casinos refused giving them their money under false pretenses!

After nearly two months of making the withdrawal...and the online casino site's stubbornness and prolongation, the casino gave me my money, And that came through 2 things:-

*Askgamblers

By publishing my story on this platform and making the public see it, this made them (the gambling site) embarrassed and they changed the personal manager and tried and mentioned several illogical and illegal reasons that were later refuted.

*An organization stands with me by hired me a lawyers, who are all based in Curacao

After the lawyer sent to them the official legal draft, within just one week after.. they paid my $285,080 usdt in just one transaction !! , because if they did not pay the money, they knew what would happen to their legal license in coracao

In the end.. & For the reasons mentioned above, I ask the askgamblers sites to consider the issue resolved and close this complaint

Zahlt nicht alles aus, ich warte seit Juli

Nach fast zwei Monaten warte ich immer noch vergeblich auf meine restliche Zahlung von 62 Euro. Die Auszahlung wurde in Höhe von 150 beantragt und 88 kamen an meine Visa, dann hieß es es gibt Probleme, weshalb die Auszahlung in mehrere kleinere Auszahlungen geteilt wurde und diese sollte ich schnellstmöglichst erhalten.

Jedoch warte ich schon seit dem 20.07.2022. Bitte kümmern sie sich drum, ich habe ihrer Seite vertraut und bin durch sie auf Fairspin gekommen. Mir wird immer gesagt der fall wird geprüft und sie melden sich bei mir, aber dies ist nicht der Fall.

Blocked from account after making first withdrawal request

Hi. I have held a fair spin account since Nov 2024, and deposited many thousands of dollars in it. Today, June 5, I made my first withdrawal request for $1000. I first got a message my ID verification was approved. I was asked for more documentation and I provided all of it. Then I was blocked from my account, with a message saying I violated the terms and conditions! I have done no such thing. Finally, I got an email saying their decision is final- they won’t tell me what I’ve done- just that there was suspicious activity. I’m an old man in cancer treatment- my daughters help me put money in account etc but it’s always from my own accounts I share with them. And as I said I’ve been making lots of deposits with no issues. This is very unethical.

Every day I have to beg for a paycheck

I won $25,417 and the casino only allows me to withdraw via SEPA. Every day I have to beg for a paycheck. They only paid out two amounts of $1073. Today is the second time they haven't paid. Withdrawals getting rejected and delayed

I recently signed up at Fairspin as all reviews I read were good and I especially like casinos that have very quick withdrawal speeds. I started playing there and passed the KYC verification. I withdrew $2,200USD and had to withdraw in 3 transactions as $1,000 is the maximum for each when using Interac as only available withdrawal method. They kept reversing my withdrawal back into my account and I kept going back to chat with them to find out what was going on. They said it was rejected and to try again. This happened several times. Now I have a very uneasy feeling about all of this. Hi, its been two days I have been requesting a withdrawal to my debit card, with which I made the deposit and I have withdrawn before but it keeps getting rejected.
