Lifetime account closure
I registered with Fairspin but then found that the payment methods I use were not available. I asked to close my account for life. Then I was told that I had to reply to the email, after 24 hours, and that I really want to close the account. When I then answered the email again after about 26 hours, I was told that it was too late, that my account was open, and that they had to start the process over.
Why should it be so difficult to close an account? And what does Fairspin expect the customer to do? You have to come back, not before, but after 24 hours have passed, but if you wait a little too long, it's too late. It is a shame that you have to use Askgamblers for help in closing your account.
