I registered with Fairspin but then found that the payment methods I use were not available. I asked to close my account for life. Then I was told that I had to reply to the email, after 24 hours, and that I really want to close the account. When I then answered the email again after about 26 hours, I was told that it was too late, that my account was open, and that they had to start the process over.

Why should it be so difficult to close an account? And what does Fairspin expect the customer to do? You have to come back, not before, but after 24 hours have passed, but if you wait a little too long, it's too late. It is a shame that you have to use Askgamblers for help in closing your account.

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.

We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.

After I told them that they are the most difficult site to do an account closure, and that I had do use Askgamblers to solve this, I got a New email:

"Hello, dear Fairspin client!
Thank you for your request.
We sincerely apologize for slight misunderstanding.
You confirmed your request, and according to your confirmation your account has been blocked permanently for the reason you specified. We are really sorry for this inconvenience for you.
There was a misclick during the emailing responses."

As soon as a customer threatens to post on askgamblers, they apologize straight away, and blame it on wrong clicks in the mail etc. Imagine if they could just do what I wanted straight away, then this complaint would have been unnecessary. But the matter is now resolved.

BOA TARDE,
Deveria ter recebido no dia 26 de Dezembro o pagamento de cerca de 3000 dolares relativos a dinheiro ganho no identificado casino online.
Os seus colaboradores insistem desde o meu registo para que crie uam conta de crypto moeda, solução que não pretendo.
Alegam a dificuldade junto do promotor do jogo e do meu Banco, facto que é falso uma vez que o mesmo promotor e o mesmo Banco, são por mim utilizados junto do NATIONAL CASINO e os pagamento são efetuados no mesmo dia.
Claramente, este casino retem indevidamente o dinheiro por dois motivos, ou que os seus jogadores o percam continuando a jogar ou porque não têm fundos suficientes para operar e por isso devem ser encerrados por forma a evitar mais danos aos seus Clientes.
No pretérito dia 27 recebi a seguinte resposta a mias uma reclamação apresentada:
Dear João Viana Rodrigues,
Unfortunately its true, by this time we have some ddifficulties with payment provider and my colleagues did not lie to you when they mentioned it before.
All these days we are trying to settle the issue with the provider in order to complete your payment.
Most of the amount has already been paid and you have successfully received it.
At this stage, I would very much like you to finally receive the balance of your honestly won funds.
I would be very grateful if you could provide me with any crypto wallet address and we will send you the rest of the funds in a matter of minutes.

Pretendo ser ressarcido dos prejuizos e incumprimentos gerados por este casino online que tem um péssimo serviço de pagamentos e tratamento dos seus Clientes.
