I made three withdrawals with each 1.000€ on 22nd November (1.000€ is the max per transaction). On 24th November one of the three withdrawals has been processed. So I made another one on 24th November with 1.000€. Since then nothing happend. I reached out to the support team 4 times, asking for a payment plan, but without any response. There is another 1.000€ which is still on my account and ready for a withdrawal, but the limit of open withdrawals is limited to three. So in total the amount I would like to withdraw is 4.000€
The T&C's of the casino show up that withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours.
8.7. Applications for funds withdrawal are processed by the Financial Department within 24 working hours from the date of submission of the request
The T&C's are also saying that weekly maximium is 3.000€. I'm wondering how you could ever reach 3.000€ per week if only one withdrawal is processed.

I got same message from support team yesterday - it says nothing. Would be nice if you could process the open withdrawals today. We are far away from 24 hours now as you are claiming in your T&C’s. We are at 200 hours now (8 days). So please if you respond give some concrete days.
In the meantime there are another 12.000€ at my account, waiting for withdrawal. And I will not play anymore before the whole money has been transfered.

Thank you. I have seen that you have processed another one and I have also requested a new withdrawal, so we are again at three open withdrawals.
Can you please ensure that each withdrawal is not taking 9 days to be processed ? My oldest open withdrawal is from 22nd of November. And in addition to that I want to withdraw another 11.000€ from my account. If I take your 9 days average it will take then almost 1/3 of a year. That is not acceptable. Please ensure that you are following your own T&C's and process latest after 24 working hours a new withdrawal.

@askgamblers - could you maybe change the amount to 14.000€. There are 3.000€ already submitted as withdrawal and another 11.000€ is on my account, which is waiting for withdrawing. But due to the limitation of only 3 open withdrawals at the same time, I have always a "rolling" amount of 3.000€ in open withdrawals.

@all - I just made a summary today. I tried to reach out to the casino via email on 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 30th November and today on 4th Dec. I got not a single feedback/message from the casino. I reached out to the online support on 29th, 30th, 1st (x3), 2nd, 3rd and 4th November/December. Here I got just excuses like “we do our best”, “as soon as possible”, “as soon as we worked on the queue”. So in total I tried it 15 x times to get a simple information when my payments will be processed and all the time without success.
My oldest withdrawal is now 12 days old. T&C's tell you that withdrawals will be processed within 24 working hours (2 days). So my instinct tells my that this casino might be only a big scam.

Still 12.000€ to go and still in constant breach of your own T&C's. Far away from processing withdrawals after 24 working hours (=2 days). I'm wondering why you have weekly/monthly limits in your T&C's when you are far away of hitting them.
@askgambler - Do you see any possibility to speed up things here - every 3-4 days a withdrawal is too slow ? Christmas is coming and kids are waiting for presents :-)
