I made a withdrawal on the 19th for 155 Aud to be processed to my BTC account. I received an email to say my withdrawal was accepted and would be processed and was waiting on the financial department. Their terms and conditions say withdrawal and usually does within 24hrs but may take up to 48 with the financial department. I contacted support several times to confirm my withdrawal was approved and I just had to wait.

5 days later on the 24th I emailed the financial department as well as chat to say I can to use a different BTC address to the one I initially sent them. Instead of just changing the BTC address which I sent them. I had to cancel my withdrawal and start all over again. It's been 3 days since and I have read several reviews about the delay in payments so I'm contacting AG as I feel otherwise I won't see my money

Just an update to show how this casino continue to give the same " just wait and be patient"

I've attached screenshot from 2 days ago via email support and today via chat. Both staying just wait....

This is the same answer I've had since the 19th of June when I made the initial withdrawal and every time I have asked since. Including a screenshot of my conversation I had with chat today.
How many times does it need to be sent to the financial department?
My withdrawal is BTC...it's instant!
Your taking as long as possible to process this very small withdrawal. Weeks on end with no progress is not acceptable

I've had plenty of time to read over this casinos complaint history on various websites and it's very obvious that you drag out the withdrawals with the same excuses!

"Our financial department is dealing with a high number of withdrawals"

"We are changing our payment system"

And your favourite catch line response.. "Please Wait! Be patient!"

It's literally been weeks now for a very small withdrawal to an instant payment system and still nothing!

Imagine if the shoe was on the other foot and players deposits took weeks on end to be funded? The issue would be immediately fixed wouldn't it?

So give your players some respect and payout withdrawals promptly! At the very least within the timeframe of 48hrs in your terms and conditions.

I've had enough of the constant excuses. Please just pay out the money and I promise I will NEVER contact or play at this casino again.
