Withdrawal not being processed

I made a withdrawal on the 19th for 155 Aud to be processed to my BTC account. I received an email to say my withdrawal was accepted and would be processed and was waiting on the financial department. Their terms and conditions say withdrawal and usually does within 24hrs but may take up to 48 with the financial department. I contacted support several times to confirm my withdrawal was approved and I just had to wait.

5 days later on the 24th I emailed the financial department as well as chat to say I can to use a different BTC address to the one I initially sent them. Instead of just changing the BTC address which I sent them. I had to cancel my withdrawal and start all over again. It's been 3 days since and I have read several reviews about the delay in payments so I'm contacting AG as I feel otherwise I won't see my money
