Hello
I made 2020.november.22 withdraws.Now December 2.I talk support more 3x but always says:sorry, now short time and send my withdraws...but they dont send my moneys.I hope here help me.First withdraws i get 2020 november 05.I dont understand this.My account verified.I read rules :
Applications for funds withdrawal are processed by the Financial Department within 24 working hours from the date of submission of the request, after passing the verification of the account through the provision of identification documents. The Finance Department handles withdrawal requests from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm GMT +2.Thx help
