Delayed payment, lame excuses

hello. Sloty have delayed my withdrawal for over 1 month. first they said that i had not wagered the bonus ammount. But later we came to the conclusion that i in fact had wagered the bonus ammount (look attatched files) i send you the chat transcript. They later said that they mixed up my account with another account and that i should get my money. They asked for some more verification documents and i sent the documents and it got approved. but now i got an email that my withdraw is under "enhanced security check". i will send a picture of this email. it was sent the 1 of december. Now when i replied to this email and asked why it takes so long and what is happening. They dont reply to my email. Please look at the pictures i send.
