Delayed payment of $3300, then account suspended
I originally won an amount of around $3000 which I had as a pending withdrawal but eventually before the required time I had rolled it all back and lost the lot. I then managed to deposit again and increase my money and then withdrew $4100 as two separate transactions of $3300 and $800. During this time I had received emails to confirm my identity which I did and got responses saying that it was all fine and withdraw would happen soon. After 72 hours I received an email stating that I was now on the VIP LOST and it came with benefits, one of which offered me a return on any money I lost if I chose to cancel my withdrawal and play again. After waiting 4 days I then emailed support and heard nothing back. Have since sent another two unanswered emails and also tried calling the number provided which informed me that the service didn't exist!! I then went into the casino and tried rolling back the withdraw amount which it let me, I then re withdrew 2500 and was going to play with the other 800 while lying these ridiculous times only to be told that my account has been suspended and I cannot play, but that I should withdraw the funds.... Again!! Have emailed and asked why and have still heard nothing back!!
