I deposited to Betboro Via Skrill and Card. They took 7 days to verify my account, then when i could finally get a withdrawal to process the first one was declined with no reason given, I went on chat and was told i needed to do a bank transfer even through i never deposited from my bank, I filled in the bank transfer and once again i have logged in to find the money back in to my account with no email or nothing notifying me why for either withdrawal decline! Each time i have withdrawn it has taken over 3 days for the to even process it and then subsequently decline them with no reason. This is for over £2,000 and it has been going on for 2 weeks no, No urgency in responding and no contact number, please help.

After checking the transactions of your account, we would like to inform you the following:

We have requested on 26th of June to send your documents in order to verify your account and activate your withdrawals. You have done that and after 2 days your account was fully verified.
You have requested a withdrawal via Mastercard and we had to reject it as we do not support withdrawals through that type of cards. We have asked you to request a withdrawal either via Visa Card on Bank Transfer. You have chosen bank transfer but you have entered wrong bank details as the swift of your bank was wrong and unfortunately, we were not able to process the withdrawal. You have requested again and now it is on the finance department to process it on a high priority.

We would like to apologize for the inconvenience and we would like to ask you kindly always to double check the details in order to avoid delays.

Hi there is a few discrepancies in what you have said above but right now that is pointless, I have requested my withdrawal on the 6th july and still today the 10th july it is pending and has not even been looked at but you say about its on high priority, please just give me my money.

Please, keep in mind that bank withdrawals require 3-7 working days until the funds reach the account.
