Hello I would like to file a complaint regarding I got robbed 376 euro from Guts Casino.

My story:

At 5th june 2015 I sign up at Guts Casino as a Danish player. Their registration form clearly shows danish flag and I can choose Denmark as my home country. So my account gets opened and I recieve my welcome email.

So then Make my 1 deposit if 125 euro using my mastercard it works perfectly. I lose my money and then I go to deposit again same procedure. That deposit is also lost 126 euro. So i now deposit a 3th time 125 euro also gets accepted and again I loose all my money.

Then on the 4th deposit try their site goes black and I contact their live support asking why I cant deposit.

After a long wait the chat person tells me they dont afterall accept Danish customers. Well I then tell them that I did deposit 3 times with succes and I want my money back. Then in the middle of the chat my acvount gets blocked and I cant get in touch with them.

So now I hope you will tell them to repay my 376 euros since its a mistake from their company accepting my money that to me is clearly FRAUD.

I can confirm that Guts Casino has solved my complaint very fast and very fairly, I have recieved a confirmation that my funds will be returned to my bank account.

The way the Casino has handled this technical error is highly proffesionel and I look forward to my funds arriving on my account.

I am confident that the complaint can be closed now, and I really hope that Guts Casino will come to Denmark someday, because the way the treat their online customers is highly appriciated.
