It has now been a full week since I requested my withdrawal, and still NOTHING. I have not received my money, and even worse, I am getting absolutely no clear information about why the payment is delayed or when it will actually be processed.
Customer support keeps repeating the same generic responses like “we understand” and “there is a high volume of requests,” but this is not an answer. It’s just stalling. No proper explanation, no clear timeframe.
This is completely unacceptable. A withdrawal should not take a full week without any explanation. This is not only extremely slow, but also unprofessional and damaging to trust.
At this point, I cannot recommend this service to anyone. If the payment is not completed very soon, I will be forced to take further action.
