Payment problem for 4k

I won €4,000 at Caspero Casino on February 19th. I made three withdrawals of €500 each to start, and I haven't heard anything since February 19th. They've vanished. I've been waiting for all my withdrawals for over 10 days now, since I made them on February 19th. It's now March 4th. These casinos are an abomination; they do everything they can to avoid paying us, the customers!
