Hi. I am not sure that my other complaint was submitted, so I am doing it again. Caspero Casino doesn´t have responsible gaming tools, so if you want to close your account or set a limit, you have to contact support. I contacted Caspero Casino on Monday night, the 30th of March, and asked them to close my account because of my gambling problem. I got a reply the day after and was asked to confirm my decision, which I did the same day (31. of March). The account is still open, and because of my problem ( I am trying to take care of it by closing casino accounts that I have), I have deposited 700 euros and lost it all just because they don´t close the account.
