Party Casino - Took my free spin winnings and not interested giving them back

Dear AskGamblers,

I have an complaint about PartyCasino. I received an email from partycasino about my welcomebonus that on top of that i would get free spins. So I made my first deposit at this casino. But I didn't get my free spins. So I asked support where are my free spins? support asked me to forward the email that I received from partycasino... I thought what a strange thing they ask because their casino sent me this promo email.

But okey I sent them the email regarding the free spins on top of my welcomebonus. And then when I sent it support had to sent it to the right departement. And i thought they would credtit me the free spins. So I had to wait. And finally the next morning when I got those free spins on Aztec Gold and I played them I won 7,5 euro and when I wanted to play with the winnings from the free spins the 7,5 euro the casinosystem took it back.

Now I have chatted many times with the chatsupport of the casino and the first answers the chatsupport gave me were many lies is my opinion or two different answers.

Now they say they have to found out what happened... but thats not my problem is my opinion it's there problem. I just want my 7,5 euro that I won from my free spin winning. And they say that they can not credit those 7,5 euro to my account without knowing what went wrong although it's the casino to blame for this problem that my money is gone.

And now I am waiting for 2 to 3 days for my money and the problem still hasn't resolved. I have the feeling that they are holding back some things from me becuase the whole situation is verry suspicious.

I have deposited and wnat my bonus and free spins and if somethiing went wrong its not me to blame for its the caisino..... and i have patienced enough about this matter and thats why i am filling in this compaint.

Based on submitter's last post AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is officially closed now. A compensation is not a part of the original complaint.

I don't know which records you saw into... but again I will attach the chatfiles with this email as I did with my email that I posted before this one.

Please read the attachements that I sent with this message/email.

And if you look into your logboek of chats that kept by all casino's you see the same chats that im sending with message in the attachements.

I am sorry for the inconvenience.

We have reviewed our records and there are no instances where our customer support has promised a compensation. As you are saying you have proof of that, we would kindly ask you to attach it in this thread.

First of all: I thank you for crediting the 7,50 euro back into my account. And I thank askgamblers for this oppertunity that the first part is solved.

WIth this compaint has come a lot of suffering and that's why I want every word that is spoken by partycasino in this case turned into action/deeds.

Partycasino has told me repeatetly chat after chat that I would get a compensation for the inconvience that I dealt with. Also that the compensation would be more than waiting for or worth waiting for or something in that way... It would be a verry good compensation if I can trust upon the words of Partycasino.

Now yesterday I spoke with chatsupport again and I had the idea that partycasino is trying to away from this promise they made several times towards me. And I feel a little bit cheated by the casino that they didn't mentioned this and saying the investigation had been concluded.

Please I want justice in this case and also what partycasino has promised me about the compensation.

With this email of mine I sent again all the chats that are in my posession and will add them with this email all parties can see that it's true what i am saying.

I'll be waiting for your reply/my compensation.

Verification process is taking too long and still not replying back
Dear [PartyCasino Support Team]

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to follow up on a withdrawal request I made on January 16th, where I requested to withdraw £4000 from my account. On the same day, I received an email requesting additional identification and bank card information, which I promptly provided.

However, since then, I have been waiting for the verification process to be completed and I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the lack of progress on this matter. I understand that verification can take some time, but I have reached out to your support team multiple times for updates and have yet to receive a resolution.

On January 20th, I contacted your support team for the first time to inquire about the status of my withdrawal request. I was informed that the verification process takes time and was asked to be patient. On January 21st, I reached out again and was told that additional documents were needed, which I promptly provided. I was also informed that the verification process would take 48 hours, but after that time passed I had heard nothing from your team.

On January 25th, I reached out again to inquire about the status of my withdrawal request and was told that the timeline was actually 72 hours, so I waited an additional two days. On January 28th, I reached out again and was informed that the support team would send a reminder and get back to me within 24 hours, but this did not happen. On January 31st, I reached out for the final time and was told that a reminder would be sent, but it has now been three days and I have yet to receive any update.

At this point, I am no longer concerned about the status of my account, but I would like to have my funds transferred to me as soon as possible. The total amount I am requesting is £5298.30.

I would appreciate a prompt resolution to this issue and request that my funds be transferred to me as soon as possible. I look forward to hearing back from you soon.
