Delayed payment, several different stories told as to what has happened
Contacted customer support chat Dec 9th 2019 told it has been funded (Chat trancript Attatched)
Contacted customer support chat Dec 10th told it has been delayed (chat transcript attatched)
Contacted customer support Via email they say can take 10 days (email attatched) Casimbas own website states different on length of time for deposits to bank accounts (Find proof attatched)
How can it go from being funded as it states in Chat transcript on Dec 9th to Delayed as it states in Dec 10th transcript Then via email 10 days to deposit to bank account but their website states diferent as do previous emails please find attatched. Whats the real reason it says Approved Dec 1st now December 11 th and still not deposited to my account

I have been in contact with bank I have given them the information to do a track and trace on the aforementioned transaction They were not able to locate any such transaction just waiting for official letter to forward it to Casimba it may take longer then expected due to the Christmas Holidays
