Hello I am writing this to warn about my experience on cashed casino, I have deposited far more than I probably should have into this site, but was able to make 3 withdrawls to the sum of 710$ CAD. The first being Nov 2nd 2024, for the amt of 260$ CAD today is Nov 13th 2024 and it is still in there under reveiw despite there 1-3 day withdrawal speed.. But just like other reviews that I am seeing now online, it has not been paid out to me. When i contact support i get a generic message from them saying they are working on processing it, and to rest assured my money is safe. I hope something can be done about this to stop it from happening to anybody else.

Money has been payed out November 13th 2024 in full. I have been been on the bad end of a deal a few times, so i remain to stay vigilant in life. Thanks to askgamblers.com for helping the people who end up on the bad end of some deals. Also thanks to cashed.com for resolving.

Probleme bei Casino und Sportwetten

Habe am 28.8.24 200Euro eingezahlt und könnte von Anfang an nicht im Casino oder Sportwetten spielen. Beim Sportwetten habe ich die Fehlermeldung "bitte melde dich an" und beim Casino "Spieler Blockiert " habe ein Screenshot eingefügt!

Jeden Tag schreibe ich im Livechat und die sagen immer wieder wir arbeiten dran ,bitte haben Sie Geduld und das der Support sich meldet.

Der Support hat sich einmal gemeldet und ich soll meine Cache leeren oder anderen Browser verwenden dad gleiche was mit der Livechat sagt und sonst melde die sich nicht.

Am 15.9 habe ich den nochmal geschrieben dann Antworten die mir ich soll deäas Problem genauer erläutern. obwohl ich den Jeden Tah im Livechat das erklären und per Email.

Failure to comply with Self exclusion request

On February 8, 2025, after losing thousands of dollars on Cashed Casino, I asked for my account to be permanently closed because I developed a gambling problem (See Document 1). Based on their terms and conditions and gambling industry basic standards regarding safe gambling, they agreed to my request.

On April 30, 2026, out of nowhere and without warning, I received a marketing email from them mentioning a special offer (See Document 2). It appears my account had been reopened, without any intervention on my part, the whole in clear violation of my request and all basic safe gambling protocols.
Unfortunately, after receiving their promotional email, I relapsed and lost 3125$ (See Document 3).

The first time I played on Cashed Casino, I lost a considerable amount of money. It was my mistake, I lived with the consequences and tried to rebuild my life. But after informing them of my gambling addiction and asking them to permanently close my account, it was their responsibility to assure the permanent closure of my account and to not solicit me with marketing emails.

I reached out to them and asked for a fair resolution but to no avail (See Document 4). This response was surprising considering that this situation is a clear and serious violation of basic safe gambling protocols. The unwarranted and unjustified denial of responsibility combined with the seriousness of the violation warrants for an symbolic sum of $500 as compensation for the trouble and inconvenience caused by Cashed Casino.

I am not looking to profit off the situation. I want to be made whole for their failure.

In conclusion, I am requesting to be refunded for all the deposits I made after I received from them, against my unequivocal request for permanent self-exclusion, several unprompted promotional emails, which have caused me to relapse, the whole representing an amount of $3125. In addition, I am requesting an additional amount of $500 as fair compensation for the trouble and inconvenience suffered. In total, my claim is for an amount of $3625.

Delayed withdrawal from the casino

I am writing to file a complaint regarding a delayed withdrawal from Cashed.com.

I requested a withdrawal on March 26, 2026. As of today, the funds have still not been received. It has now been significantly longer than the stated processing time of 3–5 business days.

I have contacted customer support multiple times via email and live chat. Each time, I receive the same generic response stating that my withdrawal is “being processed” and that I should wait. However, no clear timeframe or meaningful update has been provided.

This situation is extremely frustrating and concerning, especially since there is no transparency or accountability from the casino’s side.

I would like to request immediate action on this matter and a clear update regarding the status of my withdrawal.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate further through additional complaint platforms

Delayed payment of two withdrawals from the 21st and 22nd

Well, it has come to this again, this is now my third time having to write a review in order to get my owed money out of cashed.

It's funny they go from paying me smaller payouts no problem in 3 days, to nothing as soon as I win something that seems to be over a certain amount... they now owe me 2200$ canadian in 3 different withdrawals: 2 for 1000, and 1 for 200$ won without a bonus on Feb 21st &22nd.

I have emailed support, but I haven't even received a reply back yet. So hopefully they can make good and pay me the money that I've won fair and square.

I have all the proof of info if needed

Cashed Casino - Withdrawal problem of 1500 PLN

I wanted to file a complaint about the casino's operation. I deposited money without a problem, played, and won something. Then, the withdrawal process started. Even though the casino states that withdrawals are processed within 3 business days, my withdrawal request is still pending. Contacting support has no effect; they keep telling me to wait and wait, and nothing changes. I once received an explanation that they have a lot of withdrawal requests, but I've been waiting for mine since January 25th, so it's a long time. I should add that I played without any bonus, etc., just my own deposit. I haven't received any request to send any verification documents, etc., etc. I've read here that this seems to be a common practice and they're trying to rush things. So, I'm asking for help because of two pending withdrawals and I am start to be a little bit afraid.

Refusing to withdraw

Cashed.com is denying my withdrawal, has been sitting at the verification stage for well over a week and they stated it will be between 0-3 days. When contacting [email protected] they keep giving me excuses. I logged on to my account and now it states that my withdrawal is blocked by the operator. No explanation. My account is verified and no issues. whatsoever. I think I was scammed.

Delayed payout. It’s been 4 days and still pending. They just want deposited money. Everything is slowed. Live chat has isn’t helpful at all. Email responses are also super slow. I want the pending withdrawal to change status asap. Right now it’s still pending reviewed after being told by a vip manager that they escalated the issue.

Refusing to pay out

I’ve never had to submit a complaint before (I’ve played at so many online and never experienced blatant fraud such as at Cashed. They are well past their own terms of service and ignore messages, while chat replies are simply bots who close the chat after providing generic excuses. I am consistently informed the, “Finance Department” (if there even is one) is experiencing delays.

Delay in withdrawal 8 days

Hello,

My name is < first name removed > and I signed up on Cashed casino. I did not use any bonuses, won my money fairly and was even kind to customer service.

I have attempted to withdraw two payments of 400 and 750 for a total of $1150 via bitcoin deposit. And they said it would take 2-3 days, it has been 8 business days and no payment has been received.

I have communicated with their customer service and have received the same generic response each time about a delay in payment and they won’t answer any further questions.

I would really appreciate some help with this,

Delayed payouts and same generic message from support

Well, unfortunately, this is now the second complaint I have to file on Cashed Casino..

It was going great for about 3 months, I was receiving my payouts in full, in about 2-3 business days no longer..

I have 3 cashouts totaling 1025$ CAD with no bonuses on the money. Now when I ask support about the delay in my cashouts, I get the same generic message to not worry my money is safe and is being processed.

Well, it has now been 2 weeks, and still haven't received a cent.. I have all the photos of my cashouts and also the dialog between myself and support.

I hope they can make this right. Making people wait for their money seems to be the name of the game at this casino.
