Delayed payouts and same generic message from support
Well, unfortunately, this is now the second complaint I have to file on Cashed Casino..
It was going great for about 3 months, I was receiving my payouts in full, in about 2-3 business days no longer..
I have 3 cashouts totaling 1025$ CAD with no bonuses on the money. Now when I ask support about the delay in my cashouts, I get the same generic message to not worry my money is safe and is being processed.
Well, it has now been 2 weeks, and still haven't received a cent.. I have all the photos of my cashouts and also the dialog between myself and support.
I hope they can make this right. Making people wait for their money seems to be the name of the game at this casino.
