Cashed Casino - Withdrawal problem of 1500 PLN
I wanted to file a complaint about the casino's operation. I deposited money without a problem, played, and won something. Then, the withdrawal process started. Even though the casino states that withdrawals are processed within 3 business days, my withdrawal request is still pending. Contacting support has no effect; they keep telling me to wait and wait, and nothing changes. I once received an explanation that they have a lot of withdrawal requests, but I've been waiting for mine since January 25th, so it's a long time. I should add that I played without any bonus, etc., just my own deposit. I haven't received any request to send any verification documents, etc., etc. I've read here that this seems to be a common practice and they're trying to rush things. So, I'm asking for help because of two pending withdrawals and I am start to be a little bit afraid.
