I don't like that way, but don't know what to do. I'm waiting the second time for my Withdrawal for more than 10 days.

First time 11 and now eleven again and no money there. If I ask Support I always get the answer for technical issues and it will be processed soon. Not really helpful at that point.

I thought the cashout needs 3 days like they said on their own. Cashout Was on July 3rd, today it's july 14th and I'm still waiting without any Information.

Pls help.
